Having established a new set of brand values and messages for the client, TALENT LAB was engaged on a retained basis to develop strategies to develop new business prospects as well as increasing a general marketing awareness across the company.

Focusing on identifying both profitable clients and segmenting marketing approaches to their audience, we created a set of guides that gave free advice and set a new design standard for the industry. This was carried onto the website and stationery.

Developing new approaches for the client, like using telemarketing, steers into the website and active networking, the steep learning curve has brought new clients to the practice, as well enhancing the skills and team work of the staff.
