advantage of instantaneous distribution is mirrored by the
ease of response.
Using
email to post the pre-written survey to participants in a
TALENT LAB organised event, we were able to gain not only
feedback on the event itself, but ask questions about bank
products and services.
The
results were built into a sparkling presentation for the bank’s
senior business management in London.
