  BRIEF Create a customer reaction survey for a High Street bank's networking pilot.
 
  APPROACH

Tracking customer reaction instantly is a feature of e-surveys. The advantage of instantaneous distribution is mirrored by the ease of response.

Using email to post the pre-written survey to participants in a TALENT LAB organised event, we were able to gain not only feedback on the event itself, but ask questions about bank products and services.

The results were built into a sparkling presentation for the bank’s senior business management in London.

 
  RESULTS The survey feedback enabled the bank to look in more depth at the service tools aimed at their business clients. Tracking answers by groups also identified areas where the bank needed to concentrate future communication effort.
