Like any patient, some cures are simple and almost instant, some are more complex and will need more time and resources. Some will be urgent, some will be important. Each one will have been studied for its potential to deliver success.
For several years one of our clients had been exhibiting at a trade/recruitment fair to find new specialist engineers at graduate and post-graduate level. Over the five years, they recruited one person. They recognised that they needed outside help to address their issues which was rooted in a disjointed approach. Our solution combined strategy, brand, design and staff training delivered through a workshop. The result was five new recruits in the first year it was adopted.
For another client, they wanted to capture new business in hot markets and sectors, using a range of digital tools but lacked the skills and experience to do this in-house. They were also not sure of what they truly needed. We worked with them to develop a template that they could use to create a series of micro-sites aligned to keyword searches for target audiences. The return on each site’s investment on PPC adverts was sevenfold each month.
